Shipping
Once order is placed and payment received goods will be shipped within Ireland on a next day registered delivery service provided order has been received before 12pm and goods are in stock. Please note at busy times of the year i.e. Christmas, orders take an extra 2 days for delivery. Goods require signature on delivery.
Please allow 4-5 working days for UK and Europe. U.S will take up to 6 working days.
We will endeavour to deliver goods in time specified but please note there may be some delays which are out of our control and we shall not be liable for any costs, charges, damages caused by delay.
Carriage Charge
Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland carriage charge of €20.00 (up to 2 mats can be shipped together)

Returns
To return an item please notify us at sales@stagelightingcentre.com. Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days along with receipt of purchase. Goods must be received in saleable condition with original packaging. Please note we are unable to cover shipping costs of returned goods.
Faulty Items
Please notify us at sales@stagelightingcentre.com if goods have been received faulty. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Special offers and Sale Items
Should a product be purchased at full price and at a later date the price is discounted or reduced we are not legally obliged to make a refund of the difference
